Welcome to FrenchUp. These Terms & Conditions apply to the online coaching services and programs provided by FrenchUp for TEF Canada and TCF Canada exam preparation. By registering for or purchasing a FrenchUp service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
FrenchUp provides online educational coaching services designed to help students prepare for TEF Canada and TCF Canada examinations.
Our services focus primarily on Speaking and Writing preparation, exam strategies, practice, feedback, and related educational resources.
FrenchUp provides preparation and coaching services only and does not guarantee examination, NCLC, immigration, or other results.
2. No Guaranteed Results
FrenchUp does not guarantee a specific TEF Canada, TCF Canada, NCLC, or immigration result.
Individual results depend on factors including the student’s existing French level, preparation, participation, practice, consistency, and official examination performance.
3. Program Registration
Registration is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and the student has received a confirmation email. Registration for group programs is subject to available capacity.
4. Group Classes
Group classes are limited to the advertised number of students. Students are expected to attend classes on time and actively participate in the program.
5. Missed Classes
Missed group classes are generally not refundable and cannot automatically be rescheduled. Where available, students may receive recordings, materials, or alternative practice resources.
6. Private Sessions
Private coaching sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled according to the cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking.
Students are responsible for reviewing the applicable cancellation or rescheduling conditions before confirming their booking.
7. Payments
All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Payments may be processed through the payment methods available during booking. Installment plans are payment commitments for the applicable program and are not individual drop-in class purchases.
Where an installment plan is selected, the total payment commitment should be reviewed before completing registration.
8. Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined according to the specific program’s cancellation and refund policy displayed at checkout. Any approved refund will be processed through the original payment method where possible.
9. Schedule Changes
FrenchUp reserves the right to make reasonable schedule changes when necessary. Students will be notified of significant schedule changes as soon as reasonably possible.
10. Intellectual Property
All templates, worksheets, cheat sheets, recordings, documents, exercises, and other materials provided as part of FrenchUp programs are intended solely for the registered student’s personal educational use.
These materials may not be copied, resold, distributed, published, shared, or commercially reused without written permission.
11. Student Conduct
Students are expected to behave respectfully toward the instructor and other students. Harassment, discrimination, abusive behavior, or disruptive conduct may result in removal from a program.
12. Third-Party Examinations
TEF Canada and TCF Canada are official examinations administered by their respective authorized organizations.
FrenchUp is an independent coaching business and is not affiliated with or endorsed by France Éducation international, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), or any Canadian immigration authority unless explicitly stated.
13. Privacy
Personal information collected during registration may be used to provide requested services, manage bookings, communicate with students, and process payments. Payment card information is processed through the applicable payment provider.

14. Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The latest version published on the FrenchUp website will apply to future registrations.
